Physiatrists are physicians who are specially trained in the non-surgical management and treatment of pain resulting from musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries and diseases.

The physiatrists at The Spine Center use a variety of non-surgical pain treatments, including injections, acupuncture, and physical therapy, to help patients manage their pain and return to a healthy and active lifestyle.

All of our physicians know that neck and back pain are complex problems, and they believe that keeping patients informed of and engaged in their treatment program leads to the best recovery as possible.

In addition to a fellowship trained spine surgeon and a team of expert physiatrists, our Spine Center staff also includes two highly experienced nurse practitioners and a partnership with a large system of licensed physical therapists through Bon Secours In Motion.
