Dr. Teresa Jackson specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and non-surgical spine treatment. She earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She served a residency in family medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in Newport News. She completed an internship in internal medicine, as well as a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation, at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk. In addition, Dr. Jackson trained in pre-med studies at Old Dominion University. She has a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Virginia.
Board-certified in family practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Jackson is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Stroke Association, the American Pain Society and the Medical Society of Virginia. She is also resident member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
